Did the tenant guilt you into handing over the keys during an awkward point in the meeting?   

i have cringed walking through many homes that have had awkward remodels/additions.

Another thing she brought up was that if we were to move the oven and micro over a foot or so then the microwave would have had an awkward offset between a 1' and a 3' cabinet instead of being centered between two 2' cabinets. 

Sometimes meeting them in person and introducing myself make me feel awkward. 

It's awkward to be too friendly and it's awkward to be too standoffish....

This is just an awkward mess. 3) This situation causes confusion for prospective tenants because it is not the norm for market.

I thought addressing the card to the name of the trust may be awkward.
