If an agent is not ethical or honest does not matter if he is the listing agent or buyers agent.There are plenty of buyers agents who are dishonest and can easily work with the listing agent to get the buyer to pay more. i would rather ,on high demand properties ,like a REO,work with the listing agent or someone in their office.
