I found a cumbersome solution via Pricelabs but I think we're just going to eat the difference in cost to ensure our team stays happy (we're in a mountain market and finding A players is extremely difficult).

I only access their websites via my phone. 

It takes alot to build up enough of a presence online via a DB site, so it works great to market to guests who have already stayed.

Definitely suggest continuing to learn via books, local meet ups and finding a mentor.

@Renzo Roffmann property taxes alone are not a reason to sell.RE investing via rentals is a long-term process.Advise that you wait a bit longer and really work the property before making a hasty decision.Can you also STR the lower unit?

Or would I have to pay taxes via something more along the lines of self employment taxes?
