You've got to be really incredibly obnoxious and unreasonable to have an HOA "take" your property, other than not paying theHOA dues.  

The waterfall provides a profit split that increases to the sponsor as specific return hurdles are exceeded.  

But I can't even say how much they have helped me with getting over some mental hurdles and giving me the mojo to get out there and get that first deal going.

If there is no history of unreasonable requests, hy worry about  it?

Selecting a house, contracting to buy, inspecting the obvious, holding to a certain price range, accepting condition and the ability to contract.This then means that a partner's approval may not be unreasonably denied!

Then again, when a tenant resorts to yelling at their landlord, they are crossing the line too, IMHO.It's funny to me how most every one here rallied to support a LL and PM that were being unreasonable and who were wrong.

Either way, it's not unreasonable to make the request to see them.  

Whereas most jurisdictions will be quite reasonable with water costs for residential properties, some will be rather unreasonable when it comes to commercial properties.  

Yes, tenants have the right to proper and timely repairs, but they can't unreasonably delay or otherwise prevent you from completing them.
