It’s very sad to see the death toll climbing, people losing their jobs and suffering, but I must say I’m enjoying the peace and quiet, lack of noise and air pollution, no traffic and a quietude that I haven’t experienced in Boulder since the 90’s (minus the trails, the trails are busier than ever).

My first bit of advice would be to get here and use your TLA (temporary living allowance) while getting a feel for the island before making offers. 30 minutes of driving on this island will take you through 5 completely different towns with different feels, traffic, home evaluations, etc.

Because of the CV19 it took almost a month to get here, which I was getting impatient for it to show up.Last night terrible storm come through and power's been out since yesterday morning.

The speed limit on the street is 30 MPH, which cars sometimes go 35 to 40 MPHAlthough at night there is almost no traffic, during the day especially during rush hour I could hear some cars go by.

To create traffic in a self storage facility, you need houses selling.

I mean you can have a building with retail on first story and the block face on traffic is worth more than the block face not on high-traffic.
