Sounds like you should pursue a short-term bridge loan to get you to the point you will start rehabbing and then refi into an acq/rehab loan until the rehab is done.

Only difference is the $10K is in your bank and the interest starts so you are paying on the full $10K over how ever many years they offer.Lastly, depending on your first mortgage rate it may be best to just do a "Cash out refinance" becuase its over a 30 year mortgage and the rates are lower then both Heloc or Heloans.

Hi Calvin, if is it listed with anyone, it may have a similar address and a realtor posted your address by mistake,This happened to me a few months ago whereby I own a condo in a community that has 3 building and I own A6, but they were trying to list C6 and only added 6 to the MLS listing lol.
