The burglars were pros and knew that the system needs a few minutes to upload the pictures and they disconnected the cellar signal before the images could upload and stole the panel which stores the shots so we can't see who it was.

Or you could paint it, replace the missing panels, etc., and never have to worry about it.

It's no different then rehabbing that first house and finding the black mold mess once you pull that first strip of paneling off the wall.

There are 2 100w panels, though there seems to be some blur between which powers what.
