Should I get this ceiling tested for asbestos?

Hi Bigger Pockets. I have this ceiling paneling and was wondering if it looks like I should get it tested for asbestos?  That was my initial thought but thought to throw it here first. Structure would be 60 plus years old.  Almost looks like some type of cement board product. Since we are missing pieces, I am thinking it would be best to have the ceiling taken down and just drywall it.  Seeing if I need an asbestos abatement company .  What do you think , to test or not to test?

Also preliminary quotes are 250 to come out plus 25 per sample.  Does that sound high or should I keep shopping?

Thanks in advance.
