Pretty reliable income and the tenant population is reasonably stable. 

Roof and foundation no visible issues.Both sides are rented and families want to stay and seem stable(2 years plus).

Also, I'm assuming you have a safe, stable job and diligently save money.

If that's true then the market supports my sale price due to multiple buyers offering the sale price and very stable economy in our area.Note: my realtor is appealing the appraisal and providing better comps, but in realty this rarely works.

I define a good tenant as someone who:• Is employed by a company or industry that is stable or growing and highly likely to continue to be so into the foreseeable future.
