Then, buy similar properties.We have delivered over 500 investment properties, all selected based on what our target tenant segment is willing and able to rent.

I would have never selected any of them for my top 3.

We did select a firm and are just getting the process underway.

What did your MBA in finance from Liberty University teach you about how to select a mentor?

In my experience, the agent has been the catalyst for other vendor referrals including attorney, contractor, inspector, tenants, etc so selecting one that you feel is well experienced in this space will help you to connect more dots.

FYI- property is in North Mississippi not Memphis, TN as BP only has Jackson and gulf coast as selections under MS.

Side Note: there are only a select few cities in the Denver Metro Area that allow non-owner occupied STRs.On the other hand, just flipping by it self is more of a job imo.
