I can make the same offer to you and not charge you 300 a month.. you find a deal in the north bay or northern CA.. bring it to me and if its a screaming deal I will buy it or fund it and split with you 50 50 .. not problem LOL.

The market here in Phoenix is hot so you screaming deals are hard to find, but they are out there.

So even though you gave them a great service throughout the entire process, but you came 1 hour late to give them their key or something and it was on a rainy day and they sat in the car with a screaming baby...

Also, for the first time in a long time my blood is boiling over owning something and doing the best I can.

Having been through the dotcom boom and bust, I mean, a guy making $75K a year and getting a BMW signing bonus for knowing HTML (which I think I learned in 3 days when Tim Berners-Lee first published the spec) screamed to me that something bad was coming.  

But I also don't want to sit on the sidelines for forever waiting for a screaming deal that may never come along. 

While it's tempting to scream and cry and throw a fit, ultimately I just have to wait. 

for a screaming rate with a 14 year break-even because they are 100% certain that this is the home they will die in (I tried to calm them down, I personally disagree with this, but they insisted and ultimately The Consumer is Boss).Flippers who are only going to own the place for a few months, let's turn it all the way to the left.
