If you "borrow" money, then the repayment terms can be clearly laid out whereas in an equity partnership things are much more fuzzy and strains are more likely to occur which is why many recommend not doing business with family and friends.

Except for the emergency room staff, who may or may not be hospital staff (they may rotate into the ER from their private practice), doctors are generally in private practice or belong to a larger office of physicians with admitting privileges at a hospital so they can use the facilities to perform operations.Also, you speak about the Affordable Care Act in the future tense.

When did timber our data base was a custom built one were we compared Aerial photogs to plat maps . then we tele marketed . we only sent letters if we could not reach them on the phone.. but keep in mind we were only working a data base of maybe 7 to 10k props. and we took them rotation starting at one part of the state and working through them .. but we hit everyone about every 6 to 9 months.

Sure you can go hire your own employees, pay worker's comp,  pay payroll taxes, file your quarterly taxes, pay benefits, take the time to hire employee(s), train them to use your platform, and manage their time.
