If it’s a local organization, they typically act as the case worker for the tenant to get assistance.

It got us motivated, organized, and ready to begin our investing and we hit the ground running with five properties in one year. 2019 has been quiet, no acquisitions this year, really just focused on some debt paydown, saving, and monitoring the portfolio.

With all of the forthcoming infrastructure improvements underway, if the the rental/STR market cools, future investments will coalesce around neighborhood markets, and organically create neighborhood centers around shopping, nightlife, entertainment, etc.

Preferably this would not be relatives, but would be employers, church leaders, community organizations, etc. 

I want something I can search my transactions and organize with detail.

All the companies I called said it will definitely have to be replaced soon or at least before we resell.

After I take possession of this property, if I were to give written permission for a non-profit 501c-3 organization to use this building for one year, and at a later time it is redeemed, would the redeemer be forced to honor the agreement?
