Always great to do research and not rush too quickly, but its almost always better when people "make the leap" sooner rather than later like you said, I'd recommend at least putting some pen to paper on a date/deadline to do your first deal versus someday

Hi everyone, i'm very new to wholesaling, watched a couple videos by Flipping Mastery TV on youtube and after some research, thought i'd do my first few offer calls.I was able to find 2 seller's agents who are interested but they don't want to sign a PSA with me until I have viewed the property in person.

Hi @Douglas Alexander, I've used the VA loan many times, but never for MFR.You can't use it for more than a 4-unit building, so 1-4 is OK, 5 or more... nope.Great plan though to house-hack it.Let me know how your research turns out ref. building from scratch.Could be an interesting idea... build like a 3/2 for your family and 3 more smaller units.Then when you move out, you can rent the 3/2 for more obviously and could earn some good cash flow.
