I'm buying nice homes in nice neighborhoods that are appreciating rapidly and filling them with high earning tenants.....and cash flow is pretty solid for a SFH.

Here we are, richer than we’ve ever been, and most airlines (if not all) are hemorrhaging cash at such a rapid rate, many will not be solvent within two months from today without external aid.

However, a lot of these bigger properties are not in the nicer areas of the valley which is also concerning to us because we are not sure they will appreciate as rapidly or we could change rent as much with our own sweat equity.
