Door KNOCKING experience

@Ray Lai -Door knocking is scalable, very scalable.plus it's direct, engaging, and forces conversation, where as direct mail has a 1% response rate, this way your engaging potential customers and invoking a dialogue where DM, gets just the ones needing.Door knocking allows you to bring in the additional deals that may be on the fence line through the direct engagement of potential deals and additional revenue by being first man (no pun intended ladies) engagement on bird dog fees, flips, assignment, first hand in the campaign area....saying it's not scalable is Ludacris, all things are scalabledoor knocking gives engagement vs a postcard to be thrown away more times than not......1% response vs direct response and engagement.....
