When my family member first presented his idea to a bunch of VCs, most weren't impressed, some said they'd be willing to invest after he finds a lead investor, but nobody dared to be the first to jump in and be the lead investor.

And It is happening at the high end (over $0.5 million) and the lower end too, so I wouldn't dare to say it will or won't happen on any particular property.

I explained this all to her but She began yelling and said how dare I take money from a young college kid.

I don't dare invest out of state, I need to be hands on.

Totally agree on all points except North Collinwood being for the "really daring" at this time.

I'm just saying that in many cases, and dare I say most cases, a BP meetup isn't the first place someone goes with such a great deal.

I know I'm looking at a pay cut here but the years are going by quickly and if I don't make a daring move now to change my life it may never happen.I'll be staying by the folks who are already settled in the area to save on rent costs until I can get myself on my feet come up with a more solid game plan for the year.
