I never lost the hope to pursue that dream, but at that time, my vision was unclear, as to what exactly I wanted to do.

Is there no one around you that believes in your vision enough to take it on with you?

If you do this then you will build a vision and strategy working backwards.

I usually remodel older homes where I can refinish hardwoods, but I need a new vision for when I have a slab on a slightly nicer home (3/2/2 100k ARV, $995 rent).

I've got a vision for these F-bombs and believe I can redefine the neighborhood creating an A location - but it will take years. 

It has great durability and obscure vision option.  

My goal/vision is to start my career is to build up enough capital through Wholesaling, and begin investing that in Buy/Hold properties.
