Furthermore, Owner-move in evictions are not allowed on these lifetime leases.Her disability claim happened during the relocation and apparently claiming disabled is as easy as going to a licensed therapist/psychologist and having them write you a note saying you are having tremendous stress and anxiety from the relocation.

You minimize your risk by eliminating anxiety, by not rushing into investments when you do not have the experience and business maturity and when you don't risk money you can't afford to lose.If I was in a position where I needed to use a hard money loan I would not risk using someone else's money with the risk of my venture going south.Oh!!!
