One of my big goals is to buy two houses nearby me just in case my kids want to stay or come back to the area when their grown.

This thread has certainly grown in the few months I've been on the sidelines. 

You really need to be organized and ready to stay on top of people or they will lose you money.

I thought the County could foreclose the way I used to as a GC, but he said no, they cannot.So I am compiling an email list of all interested neighbors and will get started with organizing a group, we'll see who is interested in participating.

I own 93 acres with a fully stocked, private large pond/small lake in a coveted area of the Triangle in NC where you can't find this much acreage available, and I would like to know the best way to partner with a development company or other organization to create a high end, beautiful community on this site. 

I have a portfolio of under 10 properties.In their services performed, my CPA wrote: "Preparation of 2016 federal and state individual income tax returns, including organization and analysis of transactions.  

They had 3 S8 leases in abatement that they didn't even know about due to their poor organization. 

I am great with scheduling, organizing and have a solid foundation in administrative tasks.

I’m guessing the organizers won’t mind me passing the announcement along to you.  

We've grown it to 3 successful locations and I'm ready for a new challenge.
