The whole service dog/animal thing is getting out of control and I think they (political officials who make the laws) need to crack down on it some...but that discussion is for another day. 

Started downloading Flipping Junkies podcast and watching the YouTube channel.

They will come to the Property and officially declare the property yours.

We often have to wait up to a month or more to get a official ruling.

My unit is an official 2bed/1bath flat.
