To me, this is what it means to be a truly professional RE investor, as opposed to a gambler ... not saying that I'm 100% there yet, but this is the end game for me at least.

Well, I do have an idea what to do but I'm just sick with the newbie nervousness.I specifically have one guy who appears to be an investor who has bought properties far below the market value and thinks he is going to sale it to me at market value.

thanks guys for the replies.I had a list agreement with them, that I did not have in front of me at the time of this post.We negotiated the percentage and will likely be under contract with potential buyers today.I hand fed them 5% of my profits.
