The township can be a little hard to deal with, as  they are always very strict with U&O inspections etc but overall its a good area for cashflow, and possibly appreciation (although I personally wouldn't hold your breath for massive appreciation there).

The massive dip in treasuries since we went off the gold standard has made money so cheap, and has inflated values so far, that eventually we should be due for a correction due to the price of capital rising.

If you buy out tenants and take rents to market you can massively increase the value of the buildings.
