The deal involved purchase of a small NC manufacturing facility in toto; so customer lists, proprietary processes, service marks, inventory, equipment, the facility, ... assumption of liens, etc.

Vinyl Plank is really under-rated amongst "rehabbers" but depending upon the property and location, it's a very viable alternative to manufactured wood floors!

.- Houses that will be hard for an end-buyer to finance (i.e. manufactured homes, and those crappy places where someone has taken a single-wide and added onto it, and basement houses).- Houses where the bedrooms are small and/or the closets are small (this can sometimes be corrected though).

Looking for financing for non-owner occupied manufactured homes in Nevada... 

I use them because they lend on manufactured homes as investment properties (very rare out here) but you may find other LTVs with a different portfolio lender.The only way to find them all and really find the best option is to make a list of the few dozen regional banks and credit unions in the area of the home you are purchasing, and call and ask. 

So SolarCity broke ground the other day for a new 5 Billion dollar project building a manufacturing site that will bring 3k plus jobs to the area.
