So back east this is quite popular in non appreciating states.. where the owners want to off load the burden of tax's insurance and maintenance on the property to the buyer.. there have been abuses on this model so there has been some new legislation mainly making sure your buyer has the ability to carry through Dodd Frank rules apply etc.

I read through the legislation and unless CA decides to extend the moratorium, it may end by 1/31.
