The last instance where you can have two FHA loans simultaneously is if you co-borrow with a family member for a loan, but you also have your own primary residence property.So, my question is: If I have a baby, can I qualify for another FHA loan while keeping the first FHA loan?

For instance, I considered what if I structured the deal to where I find a good deal that fits my cash flow requirements, my proposed partner puts the money to purchase and fix the property, we own it 50/50 or even 75/25 (in favor of the partner) but I do the work to manage it and also keep the cash flow.

For single tenant net lease that is absolute NNN then yes an owner typically does nothing.For MTNL -multi tenant net lease then even though in many cases absolute NNN with base plus CAM you still gave to look out for CAM caps and large Capex expenses the owner would usually pay upfront and try to recover over time.For instance if you are buying a center looking at roof and parking lot are 2 big ones.

Any house built before 1978 has lead based paint in it.It would just need to be scraped and repainted in most instances.
