Which syndication software is recommended to keep everything streamlined?

A couple of recommendations here:- Invest in software: i.e. dialers, CRM, & property data platforms.

Which is fine - but we want to know what columns we went over budget on to try and stop from doing it again.I dont love the idea of having a separate software's - one that tracks finances and one that tracks the cost.

@Evan Loader, I am guessing you have already explored the guests on podcast routes, as particularly within the BP "sphere of influence" that is the preferred marketing route, particularly for 506(b) operators.  

We personally do not charge an application fee, but we do ask our applicants to pay for their tenant screening through the property management software we use.

Can anyone recommend a good property management software solution that tracks seller financed loans (i.e. properties that we have sold with seller financing), along with tracking the rentals?

But if i had it to do all over again growing up in Cupertino CA in the 60s I would have figured out software and computers far better than I did would be like some of my peers that truly retired many years ago. 

I second KBKG - fairly easy to use their software to generate CS reports once you watch their tutorial video.
