Fix It totally crossing the line with inappropriate jokes, innuendo, naked pinups all over the place, underwear drawer snooping and sniffing and other behavior that would make my hackles rise.Instead, I hear a story of what I am assuming is two consenting adults who chose to spend a little time together doing what comes naturally between two people who want to do so.

If the water table has dropped and you dont have the volume you are back to drilling deeper unless you can pump at a lower gpm and still meet usage requirements.If you can give me some feed back I can give you my 2 cents.

Anyway you do it you are dealing with him.See if you can put the utilities in your name and then bill him back for usage if he can't see the bills just what you send him then it is working properly.

@DeWayne Lewis We have retrofitted about 1/2 of our buildings with water (and, where necessary, electric) sub meters and are billing all usage to tenants.

Credit card info is based on payment history and % of usage and are about 35% of your credit score, which is a lot.

If it is just for your own usage just make sure it is permitted to do so then do what you need to do and do not register it with the city until you are ready to sell it so you can avoid a higher taxation and re-assessment of taxes.
