Anyways, I attended one webinar later of one of those providers but wasn't really impressed (Maverick) because I felt the presentation was too pushy and even when I followed up with questions after I wasn't satisfied. 

Thats impressive Greg.....NOT interested in 2%, heck MOST are 3%-5%.  

It gave me the impression that she would work harder than the rest and do things in a better way.

I'm under the impression BARRR (A for advertise) is universal.  

From Day 1 I was under the impression that we were splitting deals 50-50.

Thats awesome you can save 40% man... very impressive and you have tremendous discipline Yes, that's a great book and starting point. 

I was under the impression that rates were around 5% (or lower) for 80% LTV loans, however im getting quotes for as high 5.75%, and some big bank lenders aren't even doing 75% LTV loans.

Im new to the wholesaling business and after calling a few title companies Im getting the impression that Assignment and/or double closings are somewhat “frowned upon” from the perspective of the title companies.

@Edward Burke, no ‘judgement’ here on self-managing, but I must say I am impressed.
