there are brokerages that are your basic incubators for new agents.. full of training.. that's what you need as others have stated if your current broker has no formal scheduled training videos and training sessions you need to switch.you cant learn real estate brokerage and sales from a cracker jack box.. nor from the internet.. you need real training.. 

@Daniel Liska in MI, a property management company must be licensed, so you could reach out to the department of licensing and regulatory affairs to file a formal complaint.

It's especially bad for houses bordering the alley.  

Most people don't know this but if you have a single lodger in a house where the owner lives and there are no other lodgers residing in the house, the owner can evict the lodger without formal eviction proceedings.

Never got formal on who really owned it, hoa or members, because board is usually made up of owners unless builder owns it which is probably not the case after 30 years.

I'd like to get an idea of their market value (just for my own satisfaction), without paying the $X00 per building for a formal appraisal - again, the valuation is just for my own personal knowledge, not for any financing, sale, etc.
