Do we ask the corporate placement folks to allow a background check for the tenant?  

Interesting to hear there are anti-RK folks out there, but then again, aren't all public figures subject to scrutiny....I just signed up to download your book -- great looking website and nice logo.Here's a question fitting for the newbie forum: what's the one piece of advice you wish you could go back and tell yourself before your first purchase?

For a majority of folks it would be designed to help, they've already filed their returns.

Might be coming in a little late, but we strictly have done entitlement and development projects. 

If they had communicated again on 6/12 to remind you they were moving out on 6/13 would you believe you were entitled to rent through mid July?!?

I'm sort of the opposite, especially for folks that are geographically distant to their properties.  

I say this let you know - while you absolutely can do it "on your own" these are just a few reasons ( mentioned above ) why folks hire managers - stress free!
