I think his real name was Rodriguez or Hernandez.As for BP vetting people for thsir podcasts they do a their best to present the best possible lineup of guests but if you read the disclosures around the site they fully explain that they do not endorse them or anything of that nature.

Sorry, missed the note insurance idea.There is ownership endorsements you can get from a title insurance company which insures your chain of ownership.

Have the agent send it over and get added as additional insured or at least in the endorsement line.

Bush couldn't do it, so I'm skeptical Palin can, given that she endorses the same security agenda.

I'm not endorsing this idea but I've seen people get around this by signing a "6 month lease" with every tenant but then giving them the right to terminate at no cost after 30 or 60 days or whatever it is.
