From what I'm learning I'm getting more inclined to learn about two strategies:  "Flipping"for the short term (generation of more cash) and "Rental properties" for the long term (more passive income), for this I liked the BRRRR strategy, but again I'm learning and I'm very open to listen.I'm amazed by the quality of the people posting here, how nice and respectful everybody is being very honest at the same time, kudos to the creators of biggerpockets and the members for making it work in this way.

And I feel empowered and I want to make this happen.

Meeting other investors through REIA groups, social media groups, and other venues, is very empowering.

Got to talking with my builder (former large subdivision creator) and the real estate agent on the other properties and decided to buy them.
