I am currently working in agriculture as I graduated with a B.S. in essentially livestock science with an industry emphasis as well as an A.A. in small business/entrepreneurship. 

Not sure how much you plan to spend, but a front porch along the entire front would take the emphasis off that huge roof.

@John Place, I have an associates in Applied Sciences in Metals Technology using Tuition Assistance, and I'm about 65% done with a bachelor's in Project Management (I may look into switching over to Project Management with an emphasis on the Construction side of things).

Notice how I put emphasis on consistently! 

I obtained a Bachelors degree in Finance through a program that focused and had an emphasis in Real Estate.

That's understandable, as some people prefer a more down-to-earth approach rather than constant emphasis on income.I appreciate your perspective on joining a course or mastermind.

Have a realistic terms sheet with it of what your looking for, emphasis on REALISTIC. 

Get inside if at all possible, even if that means crawling thru the unlocked window of a vacant (heavy emphasis on VACANT) property.
