Also, you might find that British buyers have historically preferred to buy along the coasts (moreso in the south than in the north) and that in your market you'd probably see more Germans and Eastern Europeans.

I'm very unsettled with the fact that you can't own the dirt in Mexico and I don't believe in any long term security from them or any other Latin, Middle Eastern or Far Eastern Countries.

Since my future fiance has already a stable job east of the city, an ideal property would be within Westmoreland County and/or the eastern edge of Allegheny County.
