New Member from the Midwest

My name is Matt Hostert and I'm a new real estate invester from Dubuque, Iowa.  I currently own one single family home - which I live in, along with two tenants. 

My long term goal is to acquire single family and small multi family properties in eastern Iowa and southwest Wisconsin. This aspiration will initially coexist with my career in Human Resources.  However, I would love to eventually commit to real estate investing full-time at some point in the next 10 years.

Ultimately, I'm joining BiggerPockets to learn more about real estate, offer what information I can to others, and connect with like-minded people.

I look forward to expanding my knowledge in various topics of real estate while meeting new people along the way.
