Sooo, ditch that thing and get a 2020 Z51 vette, and massacre all the imports on the track.

Last night, I decided to ditch everything thats been distracting me and refocus my energy on REI, whether writing one more Yellow Letter or browsing one more deal.  

I'm finally ditching the corporate world to travel and focus on building my real estate portfolio.

The first time, we'd advertised a 3% agent commission, and the buyers actually ditched their agent, saying their agent got the commission from the sale of their house so they didn't mind telling him they didn't need him for ours if we'd agree to drop our price by the 3% instead.
