I'd be grateful for anyone who can share their experiences or point me towards a resource to digest. 

We recently purchased a 2.34 acre lot that we intend to build another 2/2 cabin along with 1…possibly 2 tiny (384 sq. ft) 1/1 cabins which we we will break off of the original tract.

The short story is - yes, you can buy multiple properties, but there're many rules to follow.Once @Dave Foster, our resident 1031 guru and a Qualified Intermediary, awakens from his holiday-induced food coma, he will give you more 1031 information than you care to digest.

Never thought in a million years a $1.1M tract house would exist in Castle Rock.

And finished basements, especially anything finished in the 80s and 90s, do end up being mold factories.In our area, there are multiple small tracts of these, streets on streets of them in the near Pittsburgh suburbs.

Housing will take a few months to digest this, but the end result will be that the equity people think they have right now, is not what they think. 

I will need a second to digest all of it.

I've been on BP for a couple of months now digesting a ton of information and am very thankful for it.

Don't know if I'll go this route yet, there's lots to read, but it's great info to digest.
