DOes anyone have a ethical RE broker that deals with investments in PA/FL/NJ/DE?

Should I look to install solar panels to help offset the cost of utilities, either in the shared space (hallway lights) or across all units? 

Plus, being in CA, an LLC might not be the best option for you (look into Delaware Statutory Trusts).The first question you need to answer to yourself is...do you need to complicate yourself with entities for asset protection?

My wife and I have contemplated moving to Delaware or anywhere but I have a real close extended family so we're not moving anytime soon.

They want to run an electric line to get some lights by the sign but solar powered garden lights would be just as good.

I live close to the Delaware beaches and I wanted to get your insight for targeting absentee high equity owners with the goal of doing Luxury AIR BB on them.

Better protection options might include a Delaware Statutory Trust, or perhaps a Wyoming LLC holding company (since WY has great charging order protection.)
