For those that are asking for interior pictures, you should still be able to see finished photos on Zillow at this link: http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/509-Lakeside-Dr-...I will try to get in front of my desktop soon to provide before and afters.

Fannie desktop underwriting allows up to 75% ltv for a 3 unit so you will need 25% down to go that route.
