Utility Bill Payment
Hi, I am the bookkeeper for an investment company and we flip houses in PA and NJ. We have approximately 100 houses in inventory at any given time. I need help in organizing utility payments. Right now we pay one bill at a time (enter the bill into Quickbooks, cut the check, fill out the bill coupon...) and it takes me about 12 hours per week to pay all of the bills. I need a better way! Any tips or ideas on how to pay these bills electronically in one fell swoop?
