The hardwood floor in the living room and bedrooms also appear as different shades/stains.We are not sure whether to just refinish the hardwood floors or replace the hardwood floor with vinyl.Does the (assumed) increased worth of hardwood floors compensate for the (assumed) loss of value due to the mismatched floor styles and materials throughout the home?

We must have the same tastes because I was planning to use antique white, white trim and darker flooring!  

Can you ask the neighbor if he would consider moving the trees back ten feet more onto his property so he can fully benefit from the shade and prevent the problem you anticipate? 

Not trying to throw shade, but I gotta ask if you have a deal 50K under market are you willing to give that away for a few bucks?

We signed a 9 month lease for $3750 and other than the tenant not knowing how to work the ac, change a lightbulb, or work the electric shades, the tenancy went off without a hitch.

Even if there are some darker spots, nail spots, etc, it adds a lot to the feel/character of the place.

I got my first shade/hate today .

I think they like to point out the obvious so as to throw shade at someone else.

Also, expensive has many shades.
