For better or worse its already gentrifying, there are a lot of cute New England homes waiting to be renovated, you've got the cute new town-center, and the tourist appeal of wollaston beach... it's where I'm putting my money.While the area is a bunch of families and you'll probably find plenty of wholesome renters I'm definitely with Account Closed on tenant screening, though.

The cool thing is it seems with these programs all this stuff can be created using the graphical interface.

Cute, perfectly safe and busy enough to keep city-folk like myself interested, without the craziness of Manhattan.

It is a web based application (no need to download anything, just go to their website), that allows you to create very clean images, flyers, info-graphics, profile pictures, social media headers, and more.
