I don’t have a crystal ball, but we may be in a situation where it will be difficult for the Fed Funds rate to get to more than 5% anytime soon.So if I can get a loan at this rate, it seems very attractive.

Based on what you wrote above, if you're thinking of selling in 3-5 years and are price conscious, there's no harm in selling now because there's no crystal ball.

We border Crystal Falls which is pretty high end and we will have the house paid off in 2023.
