I am confident I will close some deals with this type of marketing but I am also going to try placing an ad in my local residential newspaper.

I asked the agent over the phone what the seller owe, payment, and would the seller carry financing, the agent said she dosent really know,Then agent email me and tells me that she dosent fell comfortable giving me that information because it confidential. how can I get the information?

I feel pretty confident i could go to another local bank and get approved for the additional 10k.I've never used HML, but i was wondering if it might make more sense to get a HML for the repairs or if it would be better to get the funds through personal loans (if possible).Any constructive feedback is appreciated!  

The response was an email from the agent's assistant asking me to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.

I tell everyone I call their answers are confidential and will not be reported back to the applicant.

I can understand why it wouldn't be listed as such in this case...House 2 : listed as 2/1, text of the listing talking about 3/1... the 2 bedrooms in the house are not closed (you have to go through one to get to the other) and 3rd one is the former garage, illegally transformed into a bedroom (a dark one as the garage door is still there to keep it confidential)...

I'm not going to share the name of this investor or the company due to confidentiality, but in explaining the offer I'm hoping somebody may recognize it.

I talked with my General contractor and he said if we started construction this fall we would be open by April and I am confident I would be at 50% occupied in 6 to 9 months for that is how long it took to fill up on the first phase.
