Has anyone here read books on time management to aid them in building their portfolio, if so which books would you recommend?

An appraiser usually tries to use three homes that have sold recently; he will pick the ones that are closest in proximity, in the same subdivision, similiar square footage, etc.  

But the thing is there is no CHASE bank in Montgomery, the closest one is like 2 hours driving for only one way.

This is old news here, and I haven't met many landlords that are worried about it, as business owners, they just realize it's part of the flow of business, and aids them because now the city is forcing them to raise their standards, rents, and property values. 

This is challenging because too many categories will make sorting difficult, but to vague of categories won't be much of an aid either.I'm also looking for help in actually categorizing the 1400 entries.

Some owners want everything super sharp, work done by licensed contractors etc and others want the band-aid approach by a handyman.

RBFCU only has a 15 year portfolio loan and UFCU is the closest so far with a great rate but a requirement for minimum 40% owner occupancy in the building.Anyone have any recommendations based on your experience?

I'd rip the band-aid off and move on to the next one.
