I always recommend reading books, listening to podcasts and browsing forums posts of those who have already done what you’re trying to achieve.

I like the interface, the platform, and opportunities it creates.

I haven't fully browsed the forums to see if there is a hard money lending subforum, but please let me know if there is a BP group that focuses on hard money lending or where to find opportunities more generally.

After browsing the MLS in your area it looks like the rents are really good (high) in your area when compared to the purchase price.

The problem is the US Treasury has crappiest most worthless online interface I've seen.

It makes all the difference when people are browsing 100 properties on Homeaway.com3.

In the meantime, spend 30 minutes a day browsing the forums -- take note of anything you don't understand for further research.

I'm looking for something that's simple, has an easy to use interface but still has a lot of capabilities to grow and expand into.Without spending a fortune either one-time or on a monthly basis what management software/program would any of y'all recommend and why?
