If you are looking for a growing family stick to the major school districts, Jenks, Union, Broken Arrow, Bixby,Owasso, and maybe districts that are growing like Glenpool and Collinsville and Skiatook.  

Also, at the lower cost levels their English is quite broken but understandable. 

This is generally one where common sense prevails, if-and-only-if it's broken out and itemized somewhere in the tax returns.

That is a national rule mandated by the CFPB but it's broken frequently.

I doubt this happens very often but requiring them gone for the inspection opens the door to claims of missing/broken items.  

With that trust broken, will you trust her when you get a large repair estimate?
