We applied and they are giving us a hard time saying our properties may not be a "good fit" that they aren't too comfortable with "income properties" making to $150,000/yr rental income -- they say if they are similar to "Bed & Breakfast" properties, however, that would be okay!!!

@Steve Vaughan nope STR income goes on a Schedule E and is treated just like LTR income as long as one does not provide substantial services during guest stays like a bed and breakfast or hotel would (meals, cleaning services, etc).
