I'm excited by the residential and commercial real estate market of Southern California, and want to begin to explore investing while continuing to focus on my career in hospitality operations & sales/branding & entrepreneurship.I focus on opening and building operations and sales systems for event spaces, specifically venues converted from industrial buildings and independent, site-specific hotels and restaurants looking to create or repair revenue streams from weddings, corporate parties, workshops, and in-house programming.

As a brand new investor, perform this process at least 5-6 times before you have a job in hand that you're desperate to start.

I am brand new when it comes to Real Estate and I'm basically still in the learning phase.

.- I have to work under a broker for 2 years before I can apply for my brokers license in state of FL- I have to split my commission profit with broker and all funds/payments must be made out directly to the broker- the percentage commission I negotiate with property owners is my decisionDetermine best path to form Vacation Rental Property Management company being aware of my new status a sales associate- can I start my own business entity to establish and brand my VR management company now, or would/should I just wait the 2 years, get brokers license and then do so.

My name is Marcella, Ella for short.  I am new to real estate investing. Happened on this site which is awesome. Excited!

I would NEVER put a brand new stainless steel stove in my basement apartment, even though I could jump through some permits hoops and magically make it legal.

We never had an issue with robberies and I don't really want to void the window warranties and ruin this brand new purchase.

I'm brand new and will only have funds to invest in one property at a time and don't want to get in a situation where I may have accepted offers on multiple properties but I only have enough money to do one. any help the community can lend would be much appreciated.
